I ordered a necklace in Sterling Silver, with ashes and fur from my sweet soul dog that passed away unexpectedly. The seller messaged me about the details almost immediately, and then again to let me know that the envelope with Heidi’s ashes and fur had arrived safe and sound. She sent me a picture of the finished product and let me know when she had sent it. The ashes and fur she didn’t use were returned, and she was so kind, asking questions and listening to me tell her about how special Heidi was to me. The necklace is gorgeous, exactly as described, and wonderful quality. I now have a little piece of my best friend with me all the time. The whole process and the end result helped heal a little part of my heart that is broken.

Just received my bracelet and it is already my favorite thing. It is a beautiful piece of jewelry that just feels like it was handled with a lot of care.
